Shipping & Returns

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our products, we will be happy to accept a return.

1). Wrong shipping address
We are not responsible if it is your fault to offer us the wrong shipping address and we do not accept any returns and exchanges thus caused.

2). Canceled orders (Before delivery)
If an order is canceled before delivery, there will be no costs incurred. Otherwise, you cannot cancel it for we cannot take it back either.

3). If you want to return your purchase for exchange, you should contact us before sending your products for exchange; if you want to return the items, the returns will only be accepted in original condition with packaging and receipt/order confirmation.

4). Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the customer's cost.

5). Please advise us the tracking number when you return your purchase, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. We will refund you only AFTER we received your items.
